Hotel Mystays Nishi Shinjuku Tokyo

Our room at Mystays was clean and cozy, perfect for our stay. Despite being a bit small, it had everything we needed. The location was excellent, with easy access to the train station and delicious street food nearby. The friendly staff made sure our needs were met, and the breakfast, although limited, was satisfying.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the thoughtful provision of a mobile phone adapter in the room to the free ice dispense machine and beer vending machine, perfect for enjoying a cold drink after a long day exploring. The location is fantastic, situated in a quiet area near a lovely park, yet still highly accessible with Shinjuku Nishiguchi Station just opposite and Shinjuku Station within walking distance.

During our recent stay at Mystays, we were pleased with thenice and neat rooms. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it was a short walk to Shinjuku station. The staff at the hotel were fluent in English, made communication easy. We also enjoyed the convenience of the free coffee stand near the reception. we had a pleasant experience at Mystays and would recommend it to others.

The location of the hotel was really convenient, with easy access to public transportation. It was also situated in a safe and reasonably quiet area, a bonus. The rooms were small but neat and clean, typical for Japan. I also appreciated the option to order Lassi for breakfast, it was a nice touch.

Everything was fantastic.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance from Shinjuku station. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met. The rooms were equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a comfortable bed and even multiple pillow options. The hotel also offered good value for money with breakfast included in the room rate.

No complaints - everything was satisfactory.

I had a great stay in this hotel with my children. The location was perfect - close to both the bustling entertainment district and the quiet neighborhood. We could easily walk to several stations and the main Shinjuku station. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary facilities including a fridge and a safe box. The bathroom was also roomy and had a large bath tub with hot/warm water. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We even enjoyed feeding the pigeons in the small park nearby.

The wifi speed could have been faster.
